We are in search of a dedicated full-time Sales Manager Trainee to join our rapidly growing marketing and sales team based in Towson, Maryland. Our firm is trusted by both local start-ups and national brands to execute successful sales campaigns, customer acquisition strategies, and customer retention solutions by utilizing a direct communications approach.

Sales Manager Trainee Responsibilities:

  • The Sales Manager Trainee provides exemplary customer service and support to prospective customers to close sales
  • Generate new leads for our client executing field marketing and sales campaigns 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations with confidence
  • Maintain a comprehensive working knowledge of our client’s products and services as well as industry competitors to maintain a competitive edge  
  • Address and answer all customer questions, concerns and provide additional information or support 
  • Keep accurate records of all customer interactions and order requests
  • Relay customer feedback to the appropriate channels to improve the customer experience 

The right individual for the Sales Manager Trainee position possesses strong communication skills. The Sales Manager Trainees are articulate, empathetic and have excellent interpersonal skills. This Sales Manager Trainee is resilient, solutions-focused and always up for a challenge. Additionally, Sales Manager Trainees are adaptable and open to learning new sales techniques and strategies to stay competitive and advance through their role.
