Job DescriptionJob Description

Laundry Owners Warehouse is seeking a talented and creative Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, with a strong emphasis on email advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate must have experience with HubSpot Marketing and will work closely with the sales and management teams to drive brand awareness and generate leads.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and services.
  • Create, manage, and optimize email advertising campaigns, ensuring high engagement and conversion rates.
  • Utilize HubSpot Marketing to design and execute email workflows, nurture campaigns, and track performance.
  • Create engaging content for email marketing and the company website.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports on ROI and campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create product-focused marketing materials.
  • Manage the company's social media platforms, including content scheduling, posting, and responding to customer inquiries.
  • Assist in planning and executing trade shows, events, and other marketing-related activities.
  • Coordinate and manage direct mail campaigns, including the design and distribution of promotional materials.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new ideas into marketing strategies.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a marketing role, with a focus on digital marketing and content creation.
  • Experience with HubSpot Marketing is a must.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
  • Experience with digital advertising.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
