Your primary goal will be to drive revenue growth and increase customer satisfaction through effective account management strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services, while also identifying opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in account management, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and increasing customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing national accounts
- Inside sales experience
- Experience with import/export regulations and procedures
Responsibilities:
