Position Overview:
As an Interior Design Consultant, you’ll combine your eye for design and your people skills to help clients transform their homes. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships, loves the art of the sale, and enjoys the freedom of a commission-based structure. You’ll run company-provided appointments, generate your own leads, and create a strong network of referral clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Consultations: Meet with homeowners to assess their needs, present design solutions, and close sales.
  • Lead Generation: Proactively generate your own appointments through networking, referrals, and creative marketing efforts.
  • Design Expertise: Use your knowledge of design trends and product options to guide clients toward the perfect solutions for their homes.
  • Sales Excellence: Achieve and exceed sales goals, earning higher commission tiers based on monthly volume.
  • Customer Relationships: Build lasting relationships with clients to drive referral business and repeat customers.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A strong background in sales, design, or home improvement (preferred but not required).
  • A passion for design and helping clients create beautiful, functional spaces.
  • Self-motivation, drive, and the ability to work independently.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proven ability to close sales and exceed goals

Compensation Structure:

  • Base Commission: Earn 10% commission on all sales.
  • Bonus Commission: Earn an additional 5% commission for self-generated appointments.
  • Monthly Tier Incentives: Higher commission percentages for exceeding sales thresholds each month.
  • Unlimited Potential: The more you sell, the more you earn, with no cap on commissions.
