The ideal candidate will be passionate about design, and service to our clients, and is motivated to excel.   • Ability to lead smaller projects and also work under the lead of a project manager or principal for large, complex projects;
  • Ability to manage and coordinate consultants;
  • Ability to effectively communicate verbally and graphically;
  • Ability to be self-motivated and maintain exceptional organizational skills;
  • Ability to provide technical guidance to less experienced architects/architectural staff
  • Thorough knowledge of building codes;
  • Creative thinker and problem solver;
  • Able to work collaboratively in a team-based environment;
  • Proven ability to produce construction documents in Revit.
  • In addition to Revit, working knowledge of MS Office, Newforma, Bluebeam, and Procore is desirable.
 We offer a highly supportive environment to be your best with outstanding benefits, compensation, and growth opportunities. To be considered, please submit a letter of interest, resume, and examples of your work in PDF format (or web address) to: careers@thinkboomerang.com

About Boomerang Design:

When you fling a boomerang into the air.…the first thing you notice is that it does not follow a linear path. Instead, it travels around you. You are at the center of its arc. You may also notice that a boomerang seems to defy the normal laws of physics, creating energy even as it uses energy. It travels farther than you expect it to. The biggest surprise of all…a boomerang returns to its source. These principles are the guiding force behind Boomerang Design. We follow a non-linear path. We are energetic in everything we do. And, perhaps most of all, we are people-centered.
