As a CRM Salesforce Associate at Sollis Health, you will play a crucial role in supporting administrative tasks, maintaining accurate data, processing payments, and facilitating seamless member experiences. The ideal candidate will be a proactive learner with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This position reports to the Manager, CRM Salesforce.

Full Time Remote Opportunity - M-F 9:00am - 5:00 pm EST

The role is open to remote work in the following states only Alabama, California, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Louisiana, Maryland, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia and Wisconsin.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with data entry and ongoing maintenance to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of member information in Salesforce.
  • Process new member/patient information and payments in Salesforce, ensuring accurate and timely data entry.
  • Ensure member data is correctly transferred and updated between Salesforce and Athena, Sollis Health's EHS, to support a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Assist the Member Services team with renewals, account updates, and payment processing.
  • Partner with the Corporate and Medical Partnerships teams to ensure members have successful onboarding and proper invoicing.
  • Provide training and support to team members, helping them understand Salesforce functionalities and best practices.
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects related to Salesforce implementation, upgrades, and enhancements, contributing ideas and support as needed to achieve project objectives.
  • Ensure operational best practices are followed and contribute to process improvements across the Membership team.
  • Support with special projects and additional duties as needed, promoting cross-functional collaboration.
  • Performs related duties as requested.

Experience
We believe extraordinary people come from a variety of backgrounds, but ideally, we would expect that you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field required.
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer database management or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM is required.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and other office software applications.
  • A proactive, adaptable mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.

Sollis is a multi-state employer and this rate/range may not reflect the pay for positions that are performed solely in localities outside of New York City. Furthermore, actual pay is dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, location, education, etc.
