Contract Duration: 12 MonthsJob Type: Onsite 5 days a week
Location: Maitland, FL
About the Role:As an Assistant Project Controls Specialist, you will support various aspects of project controls and reporting. You will work closely with project teams to ensure projects are executed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with project setup and data input in project management software.
  • Create and maintain project schedules, cost reports, and forecasts.
  • Review and approve purchase orders and subcontracts.
  • Manage change orders and track project progress.
  • Develop and maintain earned value management systems.
  • Verify progress measurements and generate progress reports.
  • Perform quality checks on project controls deliverables.
  • Conduct field audits to validate reporting accuracy.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Experience with project management software, such as Oracle Primavera P6.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • OSHA 10-hour safety certification.
