Position Responsibilities:

  • Conduct door-to-door sales in residential neighborhoods and cold calling to present, promote, and sell roofing products/services to existing and prospective customers.

  • Perform drone or physical roof inspections as needed.

  • Conduct cost-benefit and needs analysis to tailor solutions to customer requirements.

  • Establish and maintain positive business relationships with customers.

  • Achieve sales targets within agreed timeframes.

  • Communicate with insurance providers, adjusters, and inspectors on behalf of customers.

  • Enter required photos, measurements, and documentation via Company Software within required reporting guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • 6 months of previous sales experience preferred.

  • Willingness to learn company sales tracking software, mobile apps, and Outlook.

  • Highly motivated and target-driven.

  • Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.

  • Strong time management and organizational abilities.

  • Relationship management skills with openness to feedback.

  • Ability to follow up with potential leads.

  • Honest, trustworthy, and disciplined.

  • Capable of working with limited supervision.

  • Must possess a working smartphone.

  • Valid driver's license, vehicle, and auto insurance.

  • Ability to complete roof inspections and physical tasks as required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be capable of driving, walking long distances, and standing for extended periods.

  • Ability to navigate long driveways and steep porch steps.

  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including hot and cold temperatures.

Additional Information:

  • You are in charge of your time Most Sales Reps work 12-8pm M-F in the Summer or 11am-5pm in the Winter. You can work weekends, but it is not a requirement.

  • Background check and drug test required.

  • Opportunities for creative lead generation and networking.

  • Clean appearance and communication skills are important for success in this role.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Sales Reps are paid on a commission basis, earning a profit share for each roof sold and competitive bonus structure. Moderate performers make $100-200k per year, high performers earn $200-400k per year. Pay is commission only.

  • We offer training pay and up front commissions for a 2-3 month ramp up period.

  • Medical & life insurance is available to Sales Representatives.

Job Type: Full-time, 1099

Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
