We're seeking a talented Senior Product Manager to join our Loss Prevention Global Solution Delivery Team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate across our global organization and make a significant impact.
What You'll Do:As a Product Management Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in:
  • Product Strategy: Developing and executing strategic product roadmaps that align with our business objectives.
  • Feature Prioritization: Identifying, prioritizing, and managing product features to deliver maximum value.
  • Agile Delivery: Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective product development.
  • Stakeholder Management: Building strong relationships with stakeholders and effectively communicating product vision and progress.
  • Vendor Management: Overseeing vendor relationships and ensuring timely delivery of product components.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the product backlog and ensure features are prioritized and delivered effectively.
  • Drive strategic themes and roadmap for the product lifecycle.
  • Ensure that value streams are creating feasible and sustainable products and solutions.
  • Outline and prioritize enabler work to support business value delivery.
  • Participate in system demos to validate product alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure product needs are met.
  • Conducted customer satisfaction surveys and analyses to inform about product improvements.
  • Work effectively with all levels and roles within the organization.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of product management experience.
  • Proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
  • Excellent networking and influencing skills.
  • Experience managing or coaching product talent.
  • Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Expertise in understanding business needs and translating them into product features.
  • Ability to handle a complex portfolio in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage dependencies and shifting priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior retail experience and/or experience with Loss Prevention functions.
  • Experience in SAFe/Agile delivery methodologies.
  • Experience creating and executing product roadmaps.
  • Experience with Loss Prevention applications, integrations, and data management.
  • Familiarity with Loss Prevention software platforms like Genetec, Appriss, or others.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented approach.
