Job Title: Associate Senior Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Associate Senior Project Manager to lead projects in New Product Development (NPD) and Sustaining (Product Care) for Single-Use Disposable products. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a matrix organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead projects with full independence, providing guidance on project strategy and execution to cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure collaboration and alignment with global large-scale projects.
  • Manage all aspects of assigned projects, including project scope, plan, budget, resource, and risk management.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams and ensure projects are run within defined constraints of scope, budget, and timelines.
  • Evaluate planning and technical risk, take decisions, and ensure countermeasures are in place to enable the execution of project plans on time.
  • Work closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams across different locations to proactively anticipate challenges, coordinate project timelines, and facilitate decision making.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering discipline (mechanics, plastics, systems, industrial, biomedical, or related discipline).
  • 5+ years project leadership/management experience within product development, manufacturing, or research environment, preferably in the healthcare industry or other highly regulated industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, drive projects to completion on time and within budget, while satisfying quality and performance requirements.
  • Proficient in project management principles and tools. Professional Project Management certification is an asset (e.g., PMI).
  • Strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder communication in a matrix organization, and to collaborate with diverse and global cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated experience of working closely with clients and suppliers to deliver results. Customer focus and results-driven.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Action-oriented.
  • Demonstrated negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Situational adaptability.
  • Familiarity and experience of FDA, ISO regulations and guidelines.
  • Fluent in English. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
