Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will generate leads, attract new clients, develop long-term relationships, and close deals. Your responsibilities will include creating and submitting sales reports, building rapport with new and existing customers within the National territory, evaluating their needs, and negotiating successful deals. The ideal candidate has an outgoing personality, exceptional customer service and negotiation skills, and a strong desire to close deals. Additionally, fulfilling the company mission and having sales experience with senior living and hospital systems, along with robust digital marketing skills, are essential.

Responsibilities
  • Develop rapport and build relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Travel to appointments and meetings with potential and existing customers within the US
  • Meet or exceed designated sales targets
  • Create and implement an effective sales strategy, with a strong emphasis on digital marketing
  • Document all leads, sales, and customer interactions in customer relationship management (CRM) program
  • Understand the construction process, extra low-voltage technologies, and IT services
  • Use best practices in negotiation and sales techniques to close sales
  • Fulfill the company mission through effective sales strategies and digital marketing efforts
Qualifications
  • High school diploma/GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Previous experience in outside sales; including healthcare, construction, or technology, with a focus on senior living and hospital systems
  • Excellent negotiation and customer service skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A positive attitude and ability to be persistent
  • Strong digital marketing skills and experience
