Director of Sales and Marketing

What You'll Do:
As our Director of Sales and Marketing, you will:

  • Lead sales efforts to meet ambitious goals, directly engaging with prospects and coordinating lead generation activities.
  • Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan to enhance occupancy and raise community awareness.
  • Inspire, mentor, and grow a high-performing team to ensure outstanding customer experiences.
  • Oversee our promotional and advertising activities, working with agencies and managing a budget to drive results.
  • Plan and host community events and seminars to attract potential residents and partners.
  • Ensure that all inquiries and leads are managed promptly, with a commitment to excellent follow-through.
  • Collaborate closely with our Executive Director and community leaders to align on goals and drive success.

What We're Looking For:
The ideal candidate has:

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (or equivalent sales experience).
  • A current California real estate license (or willingness to obtain one within 90 days).
  • Proven experience in sales management, with a record of achieving results.
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to engage audiences of all sizes.
  • Experience with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • A warm, engaging personality with a professional demeanor.
