Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee our technology operations and ensure the successful delivery of our IT systems. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of IT professionals and ensuring that our technology infrastructure is reliable, secure, and efficient. You will work closely with other departments to identify and address their technology needs, and you will be responsible for developing and implementing IT policies and procedures that align with our business objectives. Your goal will be to ensure that our technology systems are fully optimized to support our business operations and growth.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field5+ years of experience in IT management or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
  • Experience in the healthcare or social assistance industry
  • Experience with cloud-based systems and infrastructure
  • Experience with project management methodologies


WORK ENVIRONMENT:

General office, health care setting. Most work is completed while seated at a desk using standard office equipment. Fast-paced. Multi-tasking requires above-average time management skills. Team approach.


FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the IT department, including infrastructure, software, and hardware
  • Develop and implement IT policies and procedures that align with our business objectives
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and address their technology needs
  • Ensure the security and reliability of our technology infrastructure
  • Manage a team of IT professionals and provide guidance and support as needed


COMPLIANCE RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Adheres to all applicable federal, state, local, and company-maintained standards of compliance, ethics, and policies concerned with the administration and delivery of agency services.
  • Meets deadlines, requirements, and expectations as established by the supervisor, agency, and department.
  • Completes administrative functions and data entry timely and accurate.


CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Provides exceptional customer service in all communications and interactions with staff, and the public.
  • Maintains confidentiality and remains calm under stress.
  • Assists staff with support in all areas of functional responsibility in a courteous, supportive manner.
  • Maintains and exhibits servant leadership qualities and exceeds customers’ expectations.


FISCAL RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Effective, efficient use of agency resources, systems, equipment, and processes.
  • Continuous focus on cost savings initiatives across the responsibilities and deliverables.
  • Effective use of time management to avoid overtime and budgetary issues
