Job Summary:

The Membership Coordinator plays a key role in managing and optimizing our membership database, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new members, providing essential administrative support to team leadership and allowing for accurate data to support member engagement scoring.


Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: (Additional duties may be assigned)

  • Input, update, and maintain accurate and up-to-date data in CRM
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new members as it relates to processing memberships in our systems and initial set up
  • Work closely with other departments to gather and verify information needed for account management.
  • Provide administrative support for team needs, handling limited correspondence on behalf of the team and coordinating meetings
  • Process and manage renewal invoices for existing accounts
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to membership data

Supervisory Responsibility

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time, hybrid position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 9a.m. to 5 p.m. but can be flexible as agreed to by portfolio leads.

Travel

No travel is expected for this position.


Requirements:

Minimum Required Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED required, Associate’s Degree or Higher preferred.
  • 1-2 years of Data entry experience.
  • Experience with salesforce is a plus.


Special Requirements:

This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills, proficiency in data entry, the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, and excellent customer facing verbal and written communication skills.

  1. Excellent technical skills and proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and other software, as necessary.

Physical and Mental Requirements:

This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary.


Work Environment:

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
