Governance and Risk Compliance Analyst

Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience in technology risk management within financial services.
- Proficiency in Archer for risk assessment and management.
- Experience in regulatory compliance frameworks, particularly in AML and operational risk.
- Experience with risk management policy design and implementation.
- Experience in conducting audits and reviews of control processes.
- Experience in capital markets risk assessment methodologies.
- Strong communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the evaluation and ongoing oversight of non-technical risk processes across the organization.
- Develop and maintain risk management policies in line with industry standards.
- Collaborate with business units to identify and mitigate non-financial risks.
- Partner with compliance and legal teams to monitor regulatory changes and their implications.
- Facilitate risk mitigation strategies and corrective actions based on audit findings.
- Conduct regular assessments of business controls to ensure compliance.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on non-financial risks for senior management review.
