Outside Sales Representative

We are actively looking an Outside Sales Representative to join our team
Our ideal candidate is an ambitious individual with a strong work ethic that takes great pride in their work This person must have a high sense of urgency to give homeowners a positive experience while achieving sales targets.
This job is about people, and spending time as a sales professional out in the field. Primary duties include; running appointments, performing ride-along appointments, conducting inspections, attending sales meetings weekly, training, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
A company car is provided.
Required Skills / Experience
- Must be comfortable walking on roof
- Must be comfortable carrying & climbing ladders
- Must be comfortable in customer homes
- Self- motivated
- Able to work independently
- Attention to detail
- Be able to demonstrate mastery of our sales system
- Clean driving record, required
- Background check, required
- No roofing experience required
Initial Training
- Comprehensive paid training program
- 2 weeks classroom training with additional field training
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
