  • Supervise Behavior Interventionists (BIs), as needed for coverage.
  • Ensure a steady growth rate for the ABA program through monitoring of key performance indicators, achieving budget growth targets month over month, by ensuring ABA hiring and downstream patient referral targets are consistently met for the site.
  • Engage in billable activities, as needed, to support the needs and growth of the program (e.g. ABA Assessments, ADOS, Supervision, etc.).
  • Responsible for Quality Assurance of the site's ABA program through supervision in the field, on-site supervision, report reviewing, and other means as needed.
  • Provide oversight and guidance for any clinical programs for the site including early intervention programs, social skills groups, summer camps, etc. and liaise with clinical operations team to support the program launches and ongoing success.
  • Demonstrate a robust understanding of ABA operations and proficiently manage the overall ABA program to ensure its success.
  • Interview and select ABA candidates for the program.
  • Manage expectations for the ABA team and ensure capacity utilization is optimized.
  • Ensure a great onboarding experience for new ABA team members, providing training and support through partnership with the Learning and Development, Talent Acquisition, and HR teams.
  • Ensure that ABA clinical supervisory paperwork is up to date and accurate for the site, including Registered Behavioral Technician Supervision, Board Certified Autism Technician (BCAT), BCBA Supervision, Parent Training and BI Clinical Supervision.
  • Verify all safety training is provided for the ABA Team and ensure safety best practices are implemented.
  • Manage patient concerns as they relate to the ABA program including responding to messages, facilitating meetings, documenting concerns, and managing discharge of patients when violations of Cortica's policies take place.
  • Coordinate time-off requests and collaborate closely with the Scheduling Team to optimize authorized hours and BI schedules.
  • Utilize expertise in electronic medical record systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office products to effectively manage data and streamline administrative processes within the ABA program.
  • This position requires a daily on-site presence at assigned Cortica site during all working hours to support the clinic as a member of the on-site leadership team in all aspects of emergency procedures and safety initiatives.

We'd love to hear from you if:

  • You hold a current and unrestricted certification from the BACB as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • You bring 5+ years of management experience leading teams in a clinical setting and possess a strong acumen for ABA operations and overall ABA program management.
  • You are Quality Behavioral Solutions (QBS) Certified.
  • You hold a Safety Care Certification (sections 1-5 and sections 6-7 as needed per payer requirements).
