Help Desk Manager

Responsibilities include:
• Overseeing the help desk operations and ensuring the smooth running of systems
• Providing support for internet connections, phone systems, MS Office, Wifi/network connections, and video conferencing tools like Teams & Zoom
• Ensuring the operational management of the help desk, including the delegation and prioritization of work
• Handling hands-on troubleshooting to resolve technical issues
• Managing and maintaining general O365 support
• Supervising the Help Desk Analysts and assisting in their professional growth
• Traveling part-time to different locations to provide on-site support
• Utilizing skills in Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, Database Management, Dell Technologies, and EO/IR systems
• Configuring and managing Active Directory and Computer Hardware
• Overseeing deployments and providing deskside support.• Proficiency in Cisco Technologies is required for this role.
• Familiarity with Citrix Technologies is essential for the successful execution of tasks.
• A strong understanding of Database management is vital for this position.
• Experience with Dell Technologies is a must for this role.
• Knowledge of EO/IR systems is necessary for the successful execution of tasks.
• Proficiency in Active Directory is crucial for this role.
• Comprehensive understanding of Computer Hardware will be necessary for this role.
• Demonstrated experience in Configuration Management is important for this job.
• Experience with Deployments is required for this role.
• The ability to provide Deskside Support is crucial for this position.
