Position Summary

As the Director of Product Management, you will play a pivotal role in leading the development and success of our products. Your strategic vision and leadership will guide the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, while collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders. Your ability to engage and gain buy-in from stakeholders, coupled with your technical acumen, will be instrumental in delivering high-quality products that drive business growth. Key responsibilities include:

  • End-to-End Product Management: Take charge of the complete concept-to-launch product lifecycle. Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and business goals to shape product strategy and drive successful execution.
  • Roadmap Ownership: Define, prioritize, and manage the product roadmap, ensuring that it aligns with company objectives. Incorporate market feedback, user insights, and technical capabilities to deliver a compelling product vision.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to secure buy-in for product initiatives. Engage closely with customers, executives, sales teams, and partners to gather feedback and insights that shape the product direction.
  • Engineering Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams to translate product requirements into actionable development plans. Ensure that roadmap items are well-defined, scoped appropriately, and delivered on time.
  • Leadership: Lead a team of product managers and provide mentorship and guidance to the product management team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback collection to identify market trends and opportunities. Use these insights to drive product innovation and differentiation.
  • Release Management: Collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, and other cross-functional teams to plan and execute product releases. Ensure that products are delivered on schedule and meet quality standards.
  • Performance Monitoring: Define and track key product performance metrics post-launch. Analyze user data, customer feedback, and market trends to make informed decisions for continuous product improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 10 years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Familiarity with Cloud Security, BOT Management, Account Fraud, and Consumer Identity domain
  • Passionate about combating online threats and enhancing digital user experiences.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful products to the market.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams.
  • Solid project management skills to coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery. Experience with project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, etc.
  • Proficiency in using data and analytics to inform product decisions and measure success.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $220,000 to 250,000. Equity and benefits may be provided as part of the compensation package, depending on the position offered. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. The exact salary will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate's skills, experience, and other qualifications as well as the candidate's location of residence. In addition to base salary, some roles may be eligible for a variable bonus based on a combination of company performance, employee performance, and management discretion.
