We are looking for a positive, detail oriented, professional Warehouse Associate/ Repair Technician to join our growing team in Pomona CA

Job Type: Full-time/part time

Work Location: In person

Schedule: 8-hour shift M-F

Education:

  • Associate (Preferred)

Experience:

  • electric scooter e-bike: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Electrical engineering: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Required)
  • Forklift Certification (Required)

Position Responsibilities:

  • Inspect, diagnose and repair & refurbish vehicles.
  • Assist other customer services reps/ tech support team and sales in performing technical activities.
  • Explain problems discovered during vehicle inspection to management team, customer service and tech support team.
  • Continuously learn new technical information, equipment, tools and repair techniques.
  • Professionally record findings so that repairs costs are accurately estimated.
  • Maintain a high level of communication and responsiveness with your supervisor to advise of successes and challenges in your service center.
  • Collaborate with other teammates as well as work autonomously
  • Perform material movement of scooters and inventory within the warehouse Requirements
  • Attend video products training courses regularly.
  • You will be placed in all three different functions: Inbound, Outbound or Unloader/Loader or could be cross-trained to work across multiple areas, as needed. These duties might include packing, order-filling, loading, and more; you must also be prepared and able to lift up to 70 pounds but know that most freight are handled with forklift.
  • Forklift operating certification needed, experience of handling and operating sit down forklift required.

Repair Technician qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2+ years’ experience working as a Repair Technician either in micro mobility, electric scooters or bikes Repair Fields.
  • Hold a valid driver’s license.
  • Experience troubleshooting and conducting both mechanical and electrical diagnostics, including drivability testing.
  • Safe working knowledge of shop tools and equipment.
  • Comfortable with navigating and using smartphone apps
  • Ability to bend, stoop, and lift up to 60lbs on a frequent basis.
  • Previous electric scooter or mechanical/electrical experience highly preferred.
  • Willingness to learn, a great attitude and ability to work well with others - teamwork is key to success
  • Keep workstation clean and organized.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt.
  • Ability to be very active and work independently.
  • Proficiency in Windows.
  • Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication.
  • Excellent team player that is eager to help others.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
