Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are looking for a skilled and meticulous Regulatory Compliance Technician to ensure our equipment meets rigorous ANSI, UL, ETL, NSF, CE, and international compliance standards.

Position Summary:
As a Regulatory Compliance Technician, you’ll report to the Engineering Manager and play a key role in testing, inspecting, and documenting equipment to guarantee regulatory compliance. You will review and ensure the accuracy of electrical drawings, assist in training, maintain testing equipment, and perform troubleshooting on electrical systems. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented professional passionate about quality and compliance in manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with ANSI, UL, ETL, NSF, CE, and international standards through detailed testing, inspection, and documentation.
Review electrical engineering drawings for accuracy and compliance; provide quality checks for in-house and contractor revisions.
Serve as a backup trainer for regulatory compliance procedures.
Maintain updated lists ensuring all parts and components meet requirements and manage calibration of testing equipment.
Conduct electrical troubleshooting, verify wiring, and program inverters and temperature controllers.
Operate equipment related to combustion emissions and electrical integrity.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
Minimum 2 years’ experience, ideally in manufacturing.
Knowledge of natural gas combustion systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Clear communication skills (Spanish proficiency is a plus).
Willing to travel up to 10% domestically; valid California driver’s license required.
