PAYROLL CLERK/TIME KEEPER
ANAHEIM, CA
MON-FRI

Flexible Hours – 20 Hours a week – During busy times can be up to 40 hours/week

$23.00

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Train in the office for a certain amount of time before going to show site.

· When at show site, for large shows and labor calls, do the scheduling for the union members the day prior to working, capture start/stop times.

· Enter in New hires/rehires/RE-ORG in SAP.

· Each day after Payroll deadline, audit prior day; checking schedules, making sure there is a job#/task#, entering in pay/work rules, fixing missed punches, ensuring total hours are correct.

· Changing addresses, W4/tax information and rates of pay in SAP.

· Sending in Direct Deposits to Anaheim Payroll to send into Corp. Payroll to process.

· Running crew sheets (labor schedule) and/or 2UPS (time cards) if necessary.

· Running reports out of Kronos for total hours, etc.

 

Working HOURS/LOCATIONS

This position will require the ability and flexibility to travel to “show site” which are locations such as Anaheim Convention Center, Los Angeles Convention Center, Long Beach Convention Center, San Diego Convention Center

· The timekeeper will be needed when a show has a large size union labor call to work the start of the show until the end. During the event, when show is open, work can be done from the office.

· The majority of the scheduled hours will be scheduled in the Orange County and Los Angeles County venues, however there will be occasions when they will need to report to the San Diego Convention Center.
