About Client Marketing Shared Services/Media Shared Services
Marketing at Client is undergoing a major transformation and is seeking exceptional talent for the newly formed Marketing Shared Services organization. Marketing Shared Services is a centralized team that will lead the standardization and innovation of key functions, including Media, Marketing Enablement, and Marketing Intelligence, across all four of Client Inc.'s iconic brands. Within the Marketing Shared Services organization, the Media Shared Services group will consist of a combination of centralized and embedded resources that will drive a consistent approach to media planning and activation across the portfolio. The team will leverage strategic acumen, deep functional expertise, and scale across the organization to be a demonstrable force multiplier for the brands it serves.
About the Role
The Manager of Affiliates (Contract) is responsible for supporting in the activation and execution of Global Affiliate Marketing programs in an effective way for Client Inc. and its brands. Sitting within the broader Marketing Shared Services organization, this role is part of a new approach for Client Inc. and will provide a strong understanding of affiliate marketing strategies and best practices. This role will work closely with the Director, Affiliates, Channel Activation, Channel Planning, and Brand Marketing teams, and Client Inc.'s Media Agency partners to manage Affiliates programs and drive valuable change across the brands. They will be a key player in the effort to identify opportunities for greater economies of scale and synergies across Client Inc.'s portfolio of brands.
What You'll Do
Support in the implementation of a comprehensive affiliate marketing plan that aligns strategy with Client Inc's goals to drive growth of sales and maximize revenue across the portfolio of brands
Govern the day-to-day management of team goals and provide guidance on appropriate prioritization and escalation of items to propel business initiatives
Consistently evaluate performance by measuring against standardized set of KPIs to ensure that activity is adequately delivering across a set of defined metrics
Regularly identify and communicate to stakeholders' opportunity areas in Affiliates program activity by taking a holistic view of work across Client Inc.'s brands and aligning priorities to business needs
Remain up to date on Affiliate trends to continually recommend shifts as necessary to achieve company goals and remain competitive in the industry
Routinely digest performance data to draw actionable insights and initiate data-driven decisions that optimize Affiliates program efforts across Client Inc.'s brands
Regularly collaborate with Channel Planners to consistently align overall media strategy, drive valuable outcomes and increase brand awareness
Maintain strong relationships with affiliate Media Agency partners to ensure top performance of Affiliates ventures
Partner with Creative and Brand teams to ensure creative is optimized for various media channels
Who You Are
Experience in managing Affiliates channel, preferably at a retail brand or agency
Experience supporting in the planning and executing of Affiliates campaigns while scaling performance-driven marketing channels
Experience in a highly complex, matrixed organization with proven ability of working cross-functionally to drive change
Highly communicative and collaborative with history of driving positive outcomes across multiple teams and functions
Strong reporting and analytic skills—you're obsessive about data and using it to drive your channel performance and success.
Entrepreneurial spirit that works through ambiguity, continuously improve ways of working, and infuse strategic thinking
