We offer a highly collaborative, caring team environment with a strong focus on learning and development, recognition for your individual contributions, and a variety of benefit options for you to choose from.What you'll do:This position is within the Essential Adoption Services & Automations; part of the Adoption Services Center (ASC) organization.Align with SAP strategy to develop and drive SAP Enterprise Support (ES) and SAP Enterprise Support Cloud Edition (ESCE) portfolio, guidance, and scalable delivery to help customers with their SAP transformation journey. Close collaboration with other roles within the Adoption Services Center teams, and beyond, on investment needs, product strategy, go-to-market, portfolio consumption, and scaling content delivery. Design scalable, modern, self-consumable ES and ESCE foundational content to support customer’s business objectives and adoption of SAP solutions. Manage the creation and curation of ES and ESCE foundational content, ensuring consistency across solutions and offerings. Actively seek opportunities to collaborate across teams to improve the ES and ESCE portfolio and the overall customer experience. Co-innovate and pilot with customers to ensure content and formats remain cutting edge. Provide advisory and guidance to customers through ES and ESCE foundational offerings on a scalable delivery platform. Raise awareness of SAP ES portfolio and offerings with customers and across SAP; champion our achievements and customer success.What you bring:We are looking for a self-motivated, self-driven, curious, open-minded, and flexible professional with functional knowledge and experience in Security and/or Data Volume Management topics with a willingness to learn more. Security: knowledge in Roles and Authorizations, User and Identity Management, and Security Awareness and understanding of client/server security. Knowledge in Data Volume Management, architecture, Information Lifecycle Management (ILM), SAP archiving, basic knowledge of SAP S/4HANA database, and DVM for SAP S/4HANA Cloud. Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels, internally and externally, with appropriate discretion where required. Strong presentation skills both in creating and delivering presentations for varying audiences. Problem-solving aptitude with a results-focused customer-centric mindset.
