Morgan you will be involved in developing and enhancing fee strategies, structures, and processes. You will be partnering with various teams to execute fee initiatives, evaluating current fee processes, defining pricing strategies, and providing training. This role will offer you the opportunity for global consistency and regional involvement.Job responsibilitiesEvaluate current fee processes, identify gaps and opportunities, and propose solutionsDefine and coordinate pricing strategiesCreate client-specific relationship pricing proposals and facilitate the proposal review and agreement processCoordinate with global stakeholders to ensure regional involvement and global consistencyProvide targeted training to teams across the AM organization Report on pricing metrics to key stakeholdersManage meetings, track open items and ensure follow upsRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skillsStrong critical thinking skillsAbility to analyze and interpret dataStrong risk and control mindsetDetail-orientation along with exceptional organizational skillsKnowledge of fee structures and investments offeringsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentProficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
