A long time Cleveland Commercial Contractor is seeking a Superintendent to join their team for a Project-Based position in Clevleand, OH.  This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for 6-9 months of work with skills in Commercial Construction and Ground Up Bank experience.  THERE IS A STRONG OPPORTUNITY FOR PERMANENT WORK 

They care deeply about providing high quality service to each client and are looking for that Superintendent to be client facing as well as have a thorough knowledge in commercial construction processes.  This company treats you like family, and strives to provide the best to their clients each and every day.  

Superintendent Qualifications:


  • 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent
  • B.S. in a Construction related degree is preferred, but other applicants with equivalent experience will also be considered
  • Extensive knowledge of safety procedures and regulations with a proven history of upholding those policies and procedures
  • Ability to supervise Field Employees and Subcontractors on a project
  • Extensive knowledge in construction processes that aid in completing projects on time and within budget
