Education Required:
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
Experience Required:
• A minimum of 5 years of administrative experience
Skills Required:
• Strong computer skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office Programs
• SharePoint
• Good organizational and time management skills and a professional approach to working with program staff and the public
Skills Desired:
• Experience with Doc Star Eclipse (e-file management system) is preferred
• Candidate has experience working for The Child and Adult Care Food Program (Highly Preferred)
Administrative Assistant Job Duties:
• Required to provide administrative support to nutritionists by developing and scheduling monthly program reviews.
• Perform duties related to sponsor trainings and workshops such as, schedule meetings, set up conference rooms, verify training packages and answer inquiries from sponsors via email and phone.
• Use the Web-Based CACFP Information and Payment System (CIPS) to carry out the following job
duties: review sponsor forms, meal counts and attendance records for accuracy.
