Position Overview: Our client is seeking a seasoned Project Manager with expertise in industrial manufacturing management to lead and coordinate various projects within the organization. The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing project lifecycles, managing resources effectively, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects in alignment with industrial manufacturing standards and practices. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to drive cross-functional teams towards achieving project objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage project teams to execute projects within the industrial manufacturing sector, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders, considering manufacturing processes and operational requirements.

  • Monitor project progress and performance metrics, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies as needed to maintain project momentum.

  • Coordinate with internal departments and external suppliers to allocate resources, manage dependencies, and address any manufacturing-related challenges.

  • Communicate project status updates, milestones, and deliverables effectively to stakeholders and senior management, fostering transparency and alignment.

  • Conduct regular reviews and post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous process optimization within the industrial manufacturing domain.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, industrial management, business administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in project management within the industrial manufacturing sector, with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control methodologies.

  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably JobBOSS, for managing manufacturing operations and tracking project progress.

  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.

  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, with experience in Agile or Lean principles preferred.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving results and delivering value in industrial manufacturing environments.

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent credentials desired.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to navigate industrial manufacturing facilities and operational environments.

  • Stamina to work in a dynamic and fast-paced setting, occasionally requiring extended periods of standing or walking.

  • Visual acuity and attention to detail for reviewing manufacturing processes and project documentation.
