Are you a dynamic and results-driven sales professional with experience in the moving or logistics industry? Join our growing team as a Commercial Sales Consultant and play a key role in driving business-to-business (B2B) sales. In this role, you will build strong relationships with corporate clients, understand their unique needs, and provide customized solutions for their relocation and logistics requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract and retain commercial clients.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers in corporate accounts.
Provide tailored moving and relocation solutions based on client needs.
Revenue Generation:
Achieve or exceed sales targets by acquiring new accounts and expanding existing ones.
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to close deals efficiently.
Market Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify industry trends and opportunities.
Monitor competitors and adapt strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Collaboration:
Work closely with operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Provide client feedback to improve offerings and satisfaction levels.
Reporting:
Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline, and results.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
3-5 years of proven success in B2B sales, ideally in moving, logistics, or related industries.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to travel locally or regionally as required.
