We are seeking diligent and skilled individuals to join our team as Light Industrial Assemblers. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling food manufacturing equipment by hand using various tools, ensuring products are prepared for shipment. Your tasks will include mechanical assembly, electrical wiring, and testing of parts in the roller grill department.
Responsibilities- Assemble food manufacturing equipment by hand using air and hand tools.
- Utilize screwdrivers, drills, tape measures, and other tools.
- Lift and maneuver parts weighing up to 30 lbs.
- Perform mechanical assembly of small-scale products for shipment.
- Conduct electrical wiring and testing of parts in the roller grill department.
- Ensure production lines meet output requirements.
- Be available for overtime as needed.
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools (drills, screwdrivers, crimpers, pliers).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted.
- Experience with CNC laser, CNC mill, press brake, and spot welding.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
- Mechanical and electrical assembly skills.
- Previous assembly experience.
- Experience with brake press operations.

Work EnvironmentWork in a mid-sized manufacturing company with a clean environment and an older building style. The company is expanding to add more space. The work schedule includes 4-10 hour shift. Employees can listen to music with one earbud and follow a casual dress code (no spaghetti straps or muscle tanks). Steel toe shoes are not required.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $21.50
