Work Environment:
Join a vibrant hospital setting where youll play a crucial role in clinical pharmacy operations.

Position Summary:
As a Clinical Coordinator, you will be responsible for implementing departmental policies and assisting with strategic planning. You will also take on the Director of Pharmacy (DoP) responsibilities when needed. Your role will involve managing financial aspects and ensuring compliance with regulatory policies.

Work Schedule:
Days, Monday through Friday

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and enforce clinical pharmacy policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate in strategic planning and operational oversight.
  • Manage financial analysis to maintain budgetary adherence.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.
  • Lead and mentor pharmacy staff.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in an inpatient hospital setting is essential.
  • At least three years of staffing and management experience in clinical pharmacy.
  • Strong financial management skills and experience with budget analysis.
  • Must possess a valid Ohio pharmacy license.
