Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Care Coordinator. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing clinical direction and fostering patient-centered care in an acute inpatient setting.

About the Role
This is a non-management position that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills. You will work collaboratively with providers and other members of the healthcare team to develop individualized plans of care based on the assessed needs of patients.

In this role, you will:
• Provide direct care to assigned patients consistent with established nursing plans;
• Perform specific tasks based on organizational, departmental, and unit policies and procedures within the RN scope of practice;
• Delegates nursing tasks as appropriate to members of the healthcare team;
• Monitor quality of care delivered on a continual basis; ensure appropriate surveillance of assigned patients;

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
• An Associate degree in Nursing (Bachelor's degree preferred);
• One year of registered nurse experience (or completion of the Prisma Health Nurse Residency Program or a comparable residency from another organization);
• Required certifications, registrations, and licenses;

Salary Information
The estimated salary range for this position is $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
