Medicaid Benefits Enrollment Specialist (Onsite)
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Project Duration: Approximately 4-6 week
Pay Rate: $20-$26 per hour
Responsibilities:
Utilize your in-depth knowledge of Medicaid and Social Security enrollment processes to assist applicants.
Ensure accurate and complete documentation for enrollment applications.
Verify eligibility and required documentation.
Provide compassionate guidance and support to applicants, addressing their questions and concerns.
Adhere to confidentiality and regulatory guidelines throughout the process.
Qualifications:
Experience in using QuickBooks, and proficient in Excel
Proven experience in Medicaid and Social Security enrollment is essential.
Excellent communication skills and an ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Strong attention to detail for accurate documentation and data entry.
Familiarity with Medicaid eligibility criteria and application procedures.
Demonstrated professionalism and empathy, especially in sensitive situations.
Pay Details: $20.00 to $26.00 per hour
