Pay: $19 - $23 per hour
Schedule: 100% On-Site
Contract Length: Through January 2025 (Potential for extension based on company needs)

What You’ll Do:
Source, screen, and recruit candidates for roles like counter sales, warehouse, and corporate positions.
Post job openings on job boards, social media, and other platforms to attract talent.
Conduct phone screens, schedule interviews, and support hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future staffing needs.
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and make successful placements.
Maintain accurate and organized records of recruitment activities.
Provide an exceptional candidate experience from start to finish.
Assist with onboarding to ensure smooth transitions for new hires.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition (experience in HVAC, construction, or parts industry is a plus).
Strong sourcing skills with familiarity in job boards and recruitment tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of warehouse and retail operations is a bonus.
Proficiency in ATS and Microsoft Office Suite.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven.
