We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Bilingual Contract Recruiter to support our recruiting efforts for blue-collar and hourly roles. This role is instrumental in helping us identify and engage skilled candidates, ensuring a consistent pipeline to meet our operational needs. The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Spanish and has a strong background in recruiting for high-volume, hourly positions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies for blue-collar/hourly roles.
  • Source, screen, and identify qualified candidates through a variety of methods, including job boards, social media, community outreach, and networking.
  • Conduct interviews, assessing candidate experience, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Manage candidate pipelines to ensure timely movement through the hiring process, communicating regularly with hiring managers.
  • Coordinate and facilitate interview schedules and logistics for candidates.
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with all recruiting processes and company policies.
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience by communicating openly and managing expectations.
  • Collaborate with team members to track recruiting metrics and adapt strategies based on performance and feedback.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in recruiting for blue-collar or hourly positions, preferably in industries such as manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, or construction.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required.
  • Excellent sourcing skills, with experience using various recruiting tools, social media, and community outreach.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across diverse backgrounds.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail, able to manage multiple roles and priorities effectively.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Knowledge of hiring laws and regulations related to hourly employment.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in high-volume recruitment or staffing environments.
  • Background in contract or temporary recruitment.
