Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWorking under limited supervision, the HRIS Coordinator is primarily responsible for resolving and troubleshooting of issues in regard to any and all HRIS-supported applications, processes and procedures while participating in routine functions, testing, and auditing. The HRIS Coordinator is specifically responsible for maintenance/integrity/enhancement of Lawson data for nonpaid personnel including up/downstream implications (provisioning, badging and licensing) while acting as liaison to supporting partners; participates on other projects as assigned. Key areas of responsibility include:
• HRIS Support resolutions/troubleshooting activities
• Data pulls and file loads
• Testing interfaces and programs for upgrades
• Audits
• Develops and documents all processes, procedures and policies as applicable
