Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAerotek is hiring a Maintenance Technician Level 32nd Shift 3:30PM to 11:00PM

Responsibilities
  • Provide maintenance support for hydraulics, pneumatics, heater bands, injection molding machinery, and presses.
  • Perform wiring for 110 - 480V 3-phase motors and motor control drives.
  • Conduct PLC troubleshooting and minor edits, including fault resets and sensor replacements.
  • Handle mechanical repairs involving rollers, bearings, hydraulics, pneumatics, and presses.
  • Utilize CMMS for preventive maintenance and work orders to minimize production downtime.
  • Read and interpret wiring diagrams.
  • Perform basic computer tasks using Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Troubleshoot and edit PLCs, but no programming is required.
  • Work with pneumatics, hydraulics, and various electrical circuits.
Essential Skills
  • 5 years in electrical and mechanical maintenance role (with a minimum of 2 years in manufacturing).
  • Basic PLC and ladder logic troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical prints and drawings.
  • Basic knowledge of HVAC, compressors, water chillers, plumbing, and hydraulics.
  • Experience with calipers, electrical meters, pressure reading devices, and temperature gauges.


Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $35.00
