About the Job

The Multi-Family Property Technician will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep of our apartment community's common areas, including grounds maintenance, repair work, and preparation of vacant apartments for rental.

This role involves working closely with maintenance personnel to perform various tasks, including repairs, installations, and maintenance of appliances and fixtures.

We offer a range of benefits, including a competitive salary of $50,000 - $60,000 per year, medical, dental, and vision insurance, short- and long-term disability insurance, company-paid life insurance, and a 401(k) and Profit-Sharing Plan.

To be successful in this role, you should have a high school diploma or equivalent, a minimum of two years experience in multi-family property maintenance, basic knowledge of chemical usage and safety requirements, working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices, and good physical condition and strength with willingness to work overtime.
