LHH seeks a Medical Receptionist in Casa Grande, AZ. 

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for answering the telephone and all aspects of patient appointment scheduling (initial and return), insurance verification, creation of new patient charts, and maintenance of patient records

  • Provides administrative support for all aspects of closing a patient visit, including obtaining insurance authorization, providing financial counseling for patients, posting payments, and daily document research on electronic health/medical record systems.

  • Assists in resolving outstanding invoice problems from past-due accounts.

  • Responds to inquiries from customers or external collection resources.


Minimum Qualification:

  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • 2 years of office administrative experience in a healthcare setting.

  • A valid driver’s license and driving record

  • At least 1 year of experience with EMR/electronic health/medical record systems (preferably NextGen and/or OnBase). Preferred



Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
