Medical Office Coordinator

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Medical Receptionist to join our team in Casa Grande, AZ. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills to provide top-notch support for our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Answering phone calls and scheduling patient appointments with ease
- Managing patient records and insurance verifications efficiently
- Providing administrative support for patient visits, including obtaining insurance authorization and posting payments
- Resolving outstanding invoice problems and responding to customer inquiries
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of experience in an office setting, preferably in healthcare
- Valid driver's license and driving record
- Experience with EMR/electronic health/medical record systems (NextGen and/or OnBase preferred)
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $18.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience.
