Compensation: $70,000 - $75,000 annually

Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and resilient Business Litigation Secretary/Administrative Assistant to support one of our shareholders, a professional known for her direct and fast-paced approach. The role is challenging and deadline-driven, requiring excellent organizational skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide administrative and legal support within a fast-paced, project-driven environment
• Manage heavy deadlines and high-volume tasks with precision
• Maintain organization across multiple projects and ensure timely follow-through
• Interface with a demanding and direct attorney, maintaining professionalism under pressure
Candidate Requirements
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with high-energy professionals
• A proactive, “backbone” approach to administrative support
• Ability to manage stress and handle busy workflows effectively
