Position Overview:

This full-time, onsite role involves working 30+ hours per week in a school-based setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide paraprofessional and RBT support within elementary,middle, or highschool special education classrooms.
  • Work comfortably with students who have moderate to severe disabilities and behavioral challenges.

Qualifications:

  • RBT Certification
  • Experience supporting students with behavioral needs is highly valued.

Interview Process:

  1. Quick 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Recruiter.
  2. 20-30 minute virtual or in-person interview with the school district.
  3. Offers are typically extended within 24 hours of the interview.
