ProCare Therapy is in need of Special Education Paraprofessionals for new openings in Sumner, WA

Location: Sumner, WA
Position Type: Full-time | W-2 Contract Employment
Caseload Details:Multiple Openings | Elementary Students

Role Overview:
ProCare Therapy searchingfor dedicated Special Education Paraprofessionals to support ourpartner school districts in the Sumner, WA area. This role is essential in assisting students with special needs and contributing to their educational journey throughout the school year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply behavior management strategies to help students develop positive social skills and appropriate behaviors.
  • Track and report on student progress, sharing insights with the supervising teacher or educational team.
  • Provide one-on-one and small group support to facilitate learning and growth.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma required; Associates degree or higher is highly desirable.
  • Experience in a school setting preferred.
  • Prior experience working with special needs students is a plus.
