Are you an expert in risk management with a passion for international trade? We are seeking a Risk and Compliance Officer to join our Global Trade Operations team. This role is crucial for driving strategic planning, managing our risk management framework, and ensuring compliance in a dynamic environment. Your expertise in AML/Financial Crime, TBML (Trade-Based Money Laundering), and International Trade will be key to our success.

Key Responsibilities:
Standardize and enhance our risk management framework, strategy, and planning.
Support periodic Risk Control Self-Assessments (RCSA) to monitor effectiveness.
Assess current risk controls, design new ones, and conduct testing to ensure efficiency.
Manage and create new business processes and procedures to maintain compliance.
Lead and facilitate issues management related to internal and external audits.

Top Skills We’re Looking For:
Strong knowledge of international trading processes, risks, and operations.
Experience in corporate strategy execution within commercial trade operations.
Proven experience in issue management, control design, and compliance.
Excellent executive communication skills, capable of presenting findings and making recommendations to leadership.

Nice to Have: CDCS Certification

Experience Required:
Background in finance/banking.
Experience in International Trade Finance.
Familiarity with financial crime regulations (BSA/AML/CFT).
Understanding of Trade-Based Money Laundering (TBML).
