Job Role: Public Records Request Coordinator
Anticipated Start Date: 1-2 week

Expected Duration: 10+ Month Contract
Job Type: [FULL TIME (>=40 HRS WEEKLY)], [CONTRACT], [ON-SITE]
Pay Range: $30.00/HR – $33.00/HR
Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).
Job Summary:
· General Duties and Responsibilities -The ideal candidate will be highly organized professional resourceful work well under pressure have good judgment and be able to effectively multitask
· Provides day-to-day coordination and support for all phases of the public records request response process including the collection processing review and production of documents.
· Drafts and reviews correspondence and other documentation as necessary.
· Provides support to the PRR Liaisons with document management responding to document requests and managing production calendars.
· Uses and maintains document databases including electronic document databases.
· Interfaces with attorneys and agency staff.
****THIS WILL BE A HYBRID POSITION. ONCE TRAINEDCANDIDATE MAY BE ELIGIBLE TO WORK REMOTELY 3 DAYS PER WEEK AND IN THE OFFICE TWO DAYS PER WEEK***
