Job Summary:

Marlborough Public Schools is seeking a highly skilled ABA Therapist to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will work closely with students who require behavioral support to develop and implement individualized behavior plans. Your expertise in behavioral principles and data-driven decision making will be instrumental in helping students achieve their goals.

Responsibilities:

• Provide a highly structured approach to support students with behavioral needs
• Develop and implement individualized behavior plans based on student data and progress monitoring
• Collect and analyze data to inform instruction and make data-driven decisions
• Collaborate with special education teachers and behavior specialists to ensure consistent implementation of behavior plans
• Implement crisis prevention certification and physical restraints as needed
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and behavior data

Qualifications:

• Minimum of two years of ABA experience in a public school or private special education setting
• RBT Certification or Associate's Degree in education or a related field
• Bilingual skills a plus
