Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Sourcing Specialist job in Erie, PA. This is a contract opportunity. As a Sourcing Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing support, monitoring schedules, tracking information, reporting, and other duties as required. Responsibilities for this Sourcing Support Specialist job include:

• Prepare component information for buyers and/or direct issue to suppliers
• Drive prompt supplier replies to requests.
• Establish and maintain tracking status on components from through delivery including actions items
• Monitor supplier component development schedules; work proactively to highlight risks and identify potential impact to delivery schedules
• Lead calls with suppliers to track, assess and drive progress to schedules and capture and track actions items
• PPAP execution; monitor and expedite supplier qualification process steps with appropriate functions as necessary.
• Maintain product cost information and provide analysis and summaries as required
• Reporting

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma

Pay Details: 33.00 per hour
