QuickStaff CWS is hiring Recruiters and Talent Acquisition Specialists to join our Erie office team. 
Are you someone that takes great pride in being one of the first impressions someone has of the company you work for? Are you reliable, hardworking, and personable? Do you possess an inherent service mentality? 
 
We aren’t looking for someone who necessarily has had recruiting experience, although we will be transparent that would be a big plus. If you have experience in building rapport with others, understanding business needs, and then building bridges between those two things, we’d love to hear from you.
  • Partner with managers to understand their hiring needs and craft a recruitment strategy to find talent to help build diverse teams.
  • Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and HR business partners; keeping them informed and appropriately involved throughout all phases of the recruitment and hiring process.
  • Think creatively and be proactive to source active and passive candidates from a variety of sources and communities.
  • Actively engage with candidates ensuring a positive experience from application through the offer.

This position is Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Pay is based on experience and will be discussed during your interview.
