Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to maintain and service assigned manufacturing-related equipment throughout our facility. The ideal candidate will perform a wide variety of skilled work across multiple functions and operations of the preventive maintenance system.

Responsibilities
  • Perform maintenance service and repairs on assigned equipment.
  • Troubleshoot, inspect, repair, replace, and maintain existing mechanical systems and associated equipment including air compressors, air dryers, dehumidifiers, and cooling towers.
  • Facilitate and accurately follow specific detailed operational instructions and prints for jobs and setup operations.
  • Administer the preventive maintenance system and provide required reports.
  • Determine preventative maintenance requirements for new equipment and educate and train equipment operators to perform routine maintenance.
  • Maintain a safe and effective work area/environment and use appropriate personal protective and safety equipment.
  • Support the Facilities Function as needed.
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
  • Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. May need to work nights and weekends, variable schedules, and additional hours as necessary.
Essential Skills
  • Experience with maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
  • Knowledge of hydraulics, mechanical systems, pneumatics, and preventive maintenance.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems and equipment.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience with air compressors, air dryers, dehumidifiers, and cooling towers.
  • Ability to train equipment operators on routine maintenance procedures.
