Responsibilities

  • Reviewing daily/weekly reports to identify coaching opportunities for UWM team members, resolving any discrepancies and providing feedback as needed
  • Conducting process analysis to determine root cause of any issues identified
  • Assisting in data identification/definition and extraction, and reviewing processes associated with filing the Mortgage Call Report and HMDA LAR
  • Proposing solutions to identified opportunities, and occasionally working with the implementation team and IT to remediate issues, and testing implemented solutions to ensure continued success
  • Diligently following prescribed processes and documenting file records in an efficient and effective manner
  • Using your experience to identify opportunities to continually improve processes

Qualifications

  • Experience with HMDA
  • At least 1 year Mortgage experience is required
  • Experience in Mortgage Underwriting Preferred
  • Organized individual that is capable of managing various projects simultaneously
  • Communicates effectively verbally and non-verbally, and possess strong technical skills
  • Demonstrated advanced use of MS Office software features and techniques
  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience preferred
  • Onsite attendance is required
